PRIVACY, WITHOUT THE MYSTERY.
All My F#cking Projects is operated by Jon Buck Enterprises, LLC. This policy explains what information we handle when you browse the site or send an inquiry.
Information you provide
The collaboration form asks for your name, email address, project of interest, type of inquiry, and message. Please do not send sensitive personal, financial, medical, or government-identification information.
Information processed automatically
Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, and security logs. We do not currently use advertising pixels or behavioral analytics.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond, evaluate possible collaborations, route messages into our project workflow, maintain site security, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Service providers
Information may be processed by providers that help us host the site, deliver forms, and manage follow-up, including Sites and SoloLink. They receive information only as needed to perform services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Cookies
We do not currently use optional advertising or analytics cookies. Essential hosting and security technologies may still be used to operate and protect the site. If our use of tracking technologies changes, we will update this policy and provide consent controls where required.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a business relationship, resolve disputes, maintain security, or satisfy legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry information by using the collaboration form and selecting “Pitch something weirder.” We will evaluate requests under applicable law and may need to verify your identity.
Third-party sites
The project atlas links to independent websites. Their content and privacy practices are controlled by their respective operators, not by this policy.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child submitted information, please contact us through the collaboration form.
Policy changes and questions
We may update this policy as the site evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version. For privacy questions, use the collaboration form on the home page and select “Pitch something weirder.”
